Refund Policy

BetterPears Fellowships (Shakespeare Dramatic Readings)

Base price is for both (or all) sessions of the course for one fellow (participant). Select a pricing option during registration, if you only desire to register for one session of the course for a discounted rate. 

Refund Policy: Registrations are fully refundable up to seven days prior to a course start. Within seven days but still 48 hours prior to the first session start refunds will be less a $15.00 cancelation fee. There is no registration cancelation after 48 hours prior to the first session start except in the case of a entire session cancellation on the part of BetterPears for inclement weather or the unavailability of the guide, host, or hospitality. In these rare cases, fellows will be offered to participate in the course postponed to a later date or have their registration completely refunded. 

Postponements on part of BetterPears for the second session of a course will allow for refunds of half the total course payment subject to the seven day and 48 hour timeline for first sessions outlined above.

BetterPears Fellowships (LOTR Fellowships)

Base price is for both (or all) sessions of the fellowship for one fellow (participant). Select a pricing option during registration, if you only desire to register for 1–4 sessions of the course at discounted price. 

Refund Policy: Registrations are fully refundable up to seven days prior to a fellowship start. Within seven days but still 48 hours prior to the first session start refunds will be less a $15.00 cancelation fee. There is no registration cancelation after 48 hours prior to the first session start except in the case of a entire fellowship cancellation on the part of BetterPears for inclement weather, an insufficient number of full fellowship registrations, or the unavailability of the guide, host, or hospitality. In these rare cases, fellows will be offered to participate in the course postponed to a later date or have their registration completely refunded.

Postponements on the part of BetterPears for the later sessions of a fellowship will allow for pro-rata refunds of the total fellowship payment subject to the seven day and 48 hour timeline for first sessions outlined above.
