Patron & Prayer Pledge Livestream Incoming

Greetings in the Lord,

We are just two days away from the BetterPears Patron and Prayer Pledge Livestream. The purpose of the livestream is to draw support to the work of BetterPears both through the increase of patrons to our BetterPears Leaves program and through the increase in pledged intercessory prayer for the success of BetterPears and the Fruit for the Human Soul we seek to offer. The stream begins at 6pm ET / 5pm CT and will feature a premiere episode of The Confederal Reserve featuring Mark Gillis, Head of School at Holy Family Academy in Manchester, New Hampshire. Mark will be discussing the short story “A Good Man is Hard to Find” by Flannery O’Connor.

In addition to the episode we will have live guests on the stream for a panel discussion as well as a presentation of our Greenhouse Fellowships gathering in the OKC metro area.

BetterPears will also be launching our first online course reading the first book of St. Augustine’s Confessions in Latin with Dr. Fugikawa. The course is designed for the current or former student of Latin who has reached an intermediate level of study. While there are many courses and avenues to begin studying Latin, there remain few, if any, courses online which allow for the enjoyment of the language so vigorously studied. This course is still under development and so we are pleased to offer a special production discount to our audience to be announced during the livestream.
